Return/Exchange Conditions

Return / Exchange Conditions: The customer may return the product or request a size exchange within 14 business days following the delivery date of the order, provided that the product is unused, the tag has not been cut or damaged, and it is sent back with its original packaging (cotton pouch). In short, the product must not lose its resalable condition.

During campaign and promotional periods, returns are not accepted due to rapidly changing stock levels; only exchanges are allowed. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.

Return / Exchange Shipping: Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer may send the product to the address below using any shipping company of their choice. Alternatively, they may benefit from a discounted rate by providing our Aras Kargo customer number.

Otherwise (if sent with cash on delivery), the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund: After the returned products are inspected and found to comply with the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank.

Since installment-related price differences are applied by the bank, the refund amount will be based on the price paid to our company at the time of purchase on our website.

If you made your payment via Bank Transfer/EFT, we kindly ask you to include a note inside the package indicating this.
